Registered copyrighted works (songs) are entrusted to JASRAC, and the songs can be used as recordings, broadcast on TV, radio, cable, etc., performed at live performances, concerts, karaoke, etc., or received from third parties such as ringtones and file downloads. In the event of subsequent use, JASRAC will license and collect the fees on behalf of the artist, and will distribute the usage fee to the rights holder through our corporate member.
